Q.  "If I see you, who will actually make my denture?"
A.   Everything is done by me on the premises.

Q. "Are there different qualities of teeth?"
A.  The actual teeth are made of acrylic and there are definitely differences in quality. Some are very cheap and they wear out very quickly. Others are harder and last much longer. You cannot tell which are soft and which are hard simply by looking at them.

Q. "How do I clean my dentures?"
A. The best way is to brush them with a soft brush and hand soap. Toothpaste is too abrasive for dentures.

Q.  "Should I leave them out at night?"
A. Ideally, yes. It gives the mouth a rest from the dentures. But, if you want to leave them in that is OK too. We understand that not all people wish to sleep without their dentures in.

Q. "I'm still unsure about what I should do with my denture problems."
A. Call me to make an appointment! I don't charge for initial consultations.

Q. "How do I choose a dental prosthetist?"
A. Make an appointment to see your prosthetist. Go in and have a chat. You will know straight away if you feel comfortable or not.

Q. "To me, all dentures all look the same. Are they made the same way?"
A. There are many variations in the techniques used which affects the quality of the finished product. I can explain the differences to you on your first visit.

Q. "How much will my new dentures cost?"
A. I will give you a written quote on your first visit.
